- We provide onsite service in Connecticut, Western Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In addition, customers outside of these areas are welcome to ship their machine heads via UPS to us for servicing.
- We are a factory-authorized repair and rebuild shop for Merrow.
- We offer training on both new and used machines.
- Repair estimates are provided upon request.
- Our fees are billed hourly or flat rate, depending on the nature of the job.

 We accept cash, check, or credit card (VISA & MasterCard). All machines subject to 6.35% Connecticut sales tax unless exempt.
Delivery Options
Customers who live in the New England area and would like to drop off or pick up their machines in person at our store are encouraged to do so. For all others, you can ship your machine to us for service and we will ship it directly back to you for an additional fee.
